Program Overview:At Impact Compliance Solutions, LLC, we provide a Georgia DDS Certified DUI Risk Reduction Program designed to help individuals meet state requirements and move forward successfully.
If you have been charged with any of the following offenses, Georgia law requires completion of a licensed DUI/Risk Reduction Program prior to license reinstatement:

Impact Compliance Solutions, LLC is a Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) Certified Provider, offering the required 20-hour DUI Risk Reduction Program for individuals seeking driver’s license reinstatement in the State of Georgia.
Our program is designed to meet all state requirements while providing a professional, structured, and judgment-free learning environment.
Participants have the flexibility to attend classes:
- In-Person Classroom Setting
- Live Remote Learning via Zoom
Important: Live Zoom classes are instructor-led, real-time sessions and are fully approved by the Georgia DDS. These sessions are not considered self-paced or traditional online courses.

Two Steps to Compliance
Required First Step
Step 1: Assessment
All participants must complete a state-mandated assessment before enrolling in the 20-hour course.
Assessment Fee:
$100.00 (set by Georgia state law – non-refundable)
Length:
Approximately 30–45 minutes
Format:
130-question confidential questionnaire
Assessments are conducted by appointment only.
- Office Hours: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call to schedule your appointment at a time that is convenient for you.
- The assessment must be completed 2 hours before the start of your scheduled DUI Class.
- Assessment Transfer Fee (if applicable): $20.00
State Requirement
STEP 2: 20-HOUR DUI / RISK REDUCTION COURSE
After completing your assessment, you will be scheduled for the 20-hour DUI Risk Reduction Program, which is required by the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS)
- Conducted in a structured classroom or approved virtual setting
- Must be completed in full (all 20 hours)
- Course schedules may include weekend and evening options
Assessments are conducted by appointment only.
- Class schedules are provided upon registration
- Call for upcoming class availability
- Note: You must attend and complete the course in the exact scheduled order.
Certificate Of Completion
Replacement Certificate Fee: $20.00
You will receive your official certificate the same day you successfully complete the program

No late entry is permitted (DDS regulation)
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for all sessions
Full attendance is required to successfully complete the program
